BIOGRAPHY:
Mr. Desiderio joined the firm in 1981 and became a partner in 1985. Mr. Desiderio's practice is concentrated in the areas of municipal law, corporate business, real estate transactions and estate planning and litigation. He continues to serve as the Township Attorney for the Township of Maplewood, having held that position continuously since 1994.
